Ordering and Customization<\/strong><\/p><ul dir=\"auto\"><li>All products are made to order based on the photos and information you provide.<\/li><li>You are responsible for providing clear, high-quality photos.<\/li><li>We will send a digital preview for your approval before production begins.<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>3. Production and Delivery<\/strong><\/p><ul dir=\"auto\"><li>Production time is typically 18\u201325 working days.<\/li><li>We do not accept rush orders.<\/li><li>Shipping times vary by destination and are not included in production time.<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>4. Payments<\/strong> All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. Prices are shown in USD.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>5. Refunds and Returns<\/strong> Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds unless the item has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we will remake the product at no additional cost.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>6. Photo Usage and Privacy<\/strong> Your photos are used solely for producing your order and are permanently deleted within 7 days after shipping.
