Every Memorial 3D product is custom-made from the photos and details you provide. Because each item is personalized, our refund rules are based on the production stage of your order.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Before production starts: full (100%) refund.
- After production starts, but before you confirm the 3D model: 50% refund.
- After you confirm the 3D model: no refund, as the item is produced specifically for you.
Returns
As custom memorial products cannot be resold, we do not accept returns for change of mind after model confirmation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Quality issues are reviewed case by case, and we may offer a remake, replacement, or partial/full refund as appropriate.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Contact us with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Stripe); your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
