- Alaska and Hawaii: please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
Where Our Products Are Made
All products are custom-made in China and ship from China.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 15–22 days after your 3D model is confirmed (production plus shipping). This is an estimate; carrier or customs delays may occasionally occur. We do not offer rush orders.
Tracking
Orders ship with tracked shipping (USPS Tracked delivery within the US where applicable). We email your tracking number once your order ships.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with you on a resolution. See our Refund and Return Policy.
