1. General Memorial 3D provides personalized memorial products including custom 3D figurines, photo blankets, cremation ash jewelry, and memorial candles. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Ordering and Customization
- All products are made to order based on the photos and information you provide.
- You are responsible for providing clear, high-quality photos.
- We will send a digital preview for your approval before production begins.
3. Production and Delivery
- Production time is typically 18–25 working days.
- We do not accept rush orders.
- Shipping times vary by destination and are not included in production time.
4. Payments All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. Prices are shown in USD.
5. Refunds and Returns Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds unless the item has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we will remake the product at no additional cost.
6. Photo Usage and Privacy Your photos are used solely for producing your order and are permanently deleted within 7 days after shipping. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
7. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
