Estimated delivery: approximately 15–22 days from the point we have received your order, a usable reference photo and all required customization details. Customer delays in reviewing or approving the digital model may extend the delivery date. The figurine is produced and dispatched from China; USPS handles the U.S. delivery stage.

Cancellation reminder: Full refund before modeling begins. Once modeling begins, a 50% cancellation refund applies until model approval and printing.

Shipping, Model Preview & Cancellation Policy

Shipping Included

The listed price includes shipping to the contiguous United States (the 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Alaska and Hawaii cost extra; please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. The figurine is made and shipped from China. USPS handles the U.S. delivery stage after the international shipment reaches the United States.

Your Photo, Thoughtfully Recreated

We create a personalized resin figurine from your photographs, carefully recreating recognizable facial features, hairstyle, clothing and other meaningful details. Each piece is a sculpted interpretation; an exact likeness or identical color match cannot be guaranteed. Additional side and back photos help us recreate details that are not visible in the main photograph.

Model Preview

After your order is placed and the digital model is completed, we provide one digital model preview for your review and approval. Printing begins only after you approve the digital model. The preview shows the digital design rather than the finished physical figurine. Colors and fine details may vary between the preview and the printed piece.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Before modeling begins: You may cancel for a full refund.
  • Once modeling begins, but before you approve the model and printing begins: You may cancel for a 50% refund of the order amount. The remaining 50% covers the custom modeling work.
  • After you approve the model and printing begins: We cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds for a change of mind, as your figurine is made specifically for you.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

The cancellation terms above apply to change-of-mind requests. If your figurine arrives damaged, defective or differs materially from the approved design, please contact us at zc1222@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your applicable statutory rights.
