Care and placement

Hang the feeder from a secure support in a sheltered outdoor location. Refill with an appropriate seed blend for birds in your area. Remove old or damp seed regularly and wipe the glass and tray with a soft damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged exposure to severe storms, salt spray or standing water. Natural surface variation and gradual outdoor patina are normal.
