How personalization works
- Share the details. Enter the name, memorial dates and optional short message.
- Provide the link. Add an existing Memorial 3D tribute URL, or purchase a private digital memorial page separately.
- We prepare the plaque. Your unique QR code and inscription are engraved after a visual accuracy check.
- Clean, position and attach. Use the included wipe on a smooth, dry surface, then press the outdoor adhesive firmly in place.

Important placement note
Apply only to a smooth, clean and fully dry surface. Cemetery and columbarium rules vary, so please obtain permission before attaching anything to property you do not own. For exposed coastal or freeze-thaw environments, inspect adhesion periodically.

USPS Shipping: personalized items are estimated to arrive in 15–22 days after customization details are confirmed.
Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth. Do not use abrasives, bleach or metal polish over the engraved QR area. A digital memorial page is not included unless selected or purchased separately.
